1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using CardForge (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. CardForge is operated by SymplyAI and hosted at businesscard.symplyai.io.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf.
3. Credits and usage
CardForge uses a credit-based system. New accounts receive a starter credit allotment at no charge. Additional credits are available through paid plans processed by Stripe.
- Credits are consumed per generation. The credit cost is displayed before submission.
- Credits do not expire while your account remains active, unless stated otherwise at purchase.
- Credits are non-transferable between accounts.
- We reserve the right to adjust pricing, credit costs, and plan features with reasonable notice.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service only with information, branding, and assets you have permission to use. You agree not to use the Service to:
- Generate business cards impersonating individuals, companies, or brands you do not represent
- Create fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive materials
- Include third-party logos, trademarks, or copyrighted assets without authorization
- Circumvent usage limits through automated scripts, bots, or coordinated abuse
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international law
You are responsible for verifying generated designs for accuracy and legal compliance before printing, distributing, or delivering them to clients.
5. AI-generated content
Business card mockups are produced by AI models operated by fal.ai. AI outputs may occasionally contain errors, placeholder text, or unexpected visual results.
- Ownership: Subject to these terms, you own the outputs you generate using your own input data and prompts, to the extent permitted by applicable law and fal.ai's terms of service.
- License to us: You grant us a limited license to process and cache your inputs solely to provide the Service.
- No guarantees: We do not guarantee any specific output quality, brand accuracy, print readiness, or commercial usability.
- Review before use: You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before printing or delivering it to clients.
6. Payments and refunds
Paid features are processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing credits or a subscription, you authorize the charge to your payment method.
If you were charged but the paid generation was not delivered due to a technical failure on our end, contact support@symplyai.io within 14 days with your Stripe receipt. See our Refund Policy for full details.
7. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service depends on third-party providers including fal.ai, Stripe, Vercel, and Better Auth. Downtime caused by these providers is outside our direct control. Paid plan features are available only when the billing flow is explicitly enabled in the product.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SymplyAI and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 90 days preceding the claim.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
